You don't want to miss this class!  Learn how to make your own potent medicinal first aid salve and spray.  Students will participate in a demonstration on how to make whole plant infused oil using fresh and dried herbs from our farm.  Then using that oil, students will help make a batch of first aid salve.  Students will also have the opportunity to make their own first aid spray using fresh and dried herbs from our farm.

Each family will go home with their own 2oz tin of first aid salve and 4oz of the first aid spray, as well as the recipe for the product we make during the class.

This class is geared toward homeschool families or school aged children on break. The content of the class is best suited for children 8+, however children of all ages are welcome to attend with siblings.  All children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.  We will be working with hot oils and materials, so please keep that in mind, as younger students may need extra supervision by parents/guardians.

Individual adults without students interested in learning more about herbs, please check out our seasonal herb walks here. Or sign up for our newsletter, we will be offering some product making classes for adults later in the summer/fall.

This class takes place on a working farm, with animals, and medicinal herb crops.  Please plan to dress accordingly for the weather the day of the course.  The class is rain or shine as we will be working under shelter.  Please, no pets.  We have our own animals and a working farm dog and for the safety of our animals and your pet we cannot allow outside animals.  Task trained service animals are welcome, we just ask that you contact us prior to attending the class so we can make accommodations.
